What’s the difference between Booking Coverage and Lock In?
Booking Coverage means you are hiring Let’s Ball for dedicated coverage of a game, team, event, or workout session.
Lock In your athlete or team is placed on our priority list for a game or event that Let’s Ball is already attending. This gives them added attention during coverage, but does not guarantee full dedicated coverage or every play being captured.
What if I want full dedicated coverage?
If you want Let’s Ball focused specifically on your athlete, team, game, or event, you should choose Booking Coverage instead of Lock In or post-game requests.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. No refunds are given for bad games, limited playing time, injury, or missed moments during live coverage.
How will I receive my content?
Your content will be sent through a downloadable link by email or text.
How long does delivery take?
Standard turnaround time is 24–72 hours unless otherwise stated.
Can I request highlights after the game?
Yes. If Let’s Ball attended the game or event, you can request clips or highlights based on the footage we captured during coverage. Availability depends on what was recorded.
Does Lock In guarantee every play is captured?
No. Lock In means priority coverage, not guaranteed capture of every play, every touch, or every game.
